How does this work?

1) Purchase a course

2) Watch the videos and download additional materials

3) Click the orange button at the top right of the page to ‘mark complete’

4) Click the arrow to move to the next lesson

5) Click the orange button to ‘take the quiz’ and take as many times as needed to gain at least 80%

6) Print your certificate

Where is the course I purchased?

Once payment is made, click the ‘my profile’ button and you will see all of your purchased courses.

Where is my certificate?

Once you pass the quiz with a score of at least 80%, you can print a certificate of completion. On the course page, you will see a button to ‘view your certificate’. If you do not see this button, you need to go back and make sure you passed the quiz.

Hint: The certificate will look best if printed on higher quality paper or card stock!

Something's not working, what can I do?

If you are having trouble, please check the following first:

  • Make sure you have the latest version of your preferred browser
  • Close browser completely, clear cookies and then reopen
  • Change to another browser if problem persists
